Episode 7

Atlanta-based and on their honeymoon, Dustin & Jasmine Teague made Trip On This a part of their honeymoon stop in LA and I couldn’t be more grateful. We talk psychedelic experiences, we talk spirituality, we talk creativity, and we talk stigmas around these expansive, mind-altering substances. ๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ„ This show has an awesome balance of storytelling, lessons, and deeper issues around control.

About Dustin & Jasmine Teague: Both artists based out of Atlanta, GA, Dustin is a hip-hop producer that performs under the name DaaayTrippper and Jasmine is an artist that creates cosmic-inspired hand-painted and hand-crafted pieces like celestial beings and sacred geometry. Jasmine is also the owner of the jewelry line, Sunny Blue Moon.

Episode 6

What? You didn’t think a magic mushroom trip reminiscent of the book Dante’s Inferno and dating advice could be in the same video? Think again! ๐Ÿ˜œ

My guest, Lloyd Dixon, is a coach for single men and a big fan of psychedelics, so naturally the two topics came up in conversation. From funny (and a bit harrowing!) psychedelic stories, to sound advice for dating, to the intersection of the two, Lloyd and I cover some interesting ground about navigating emotion.

About Lloyd Dixon: Starting out as an introverted, depressed, and lonely nerd in school, Lloyd Dixon eventually learned, through incredible effort and self-help, how to become a man that women wanted. He was tired of dealing with all the misleading mainstream, and fringe, pick up advice that men were receiving. So, he started TheSingleGuy to give practical, actionable and honest dating advice for men. From his results-based coaching, to his 100,000 person audience on his YouTube channel, Lloyd helps thousands of men improve their dating lives every day.

If the title of the episode sounds interesting, wait until you watch it! Michelle DeBellis is a master storyteller. As a reality TV producer who works with talent, she really is the talent herself in her own right. The simple phrase: “Treat others the way you would like to be treated,” really resonates to her true character! This native New Yorker has worked on some of the biggest prime time shows of our time! A proud New Yorker, Michelle still has her Long Island accent and always lets people know where she’s originally from when she first meets them… but don’t all New Yorker’s do that?! Haha all jokes aside, she is a believer in the research behind psychedelics and hopes this research can help out with mental illness in the near future.

Episode 4

My convo with Wade Carroll was so much fun! ๐Ÿ„ Wade grew up in the South & talks about his LSD experiences growing up in Alabama. We discuss how tripping has changed for him over the years now as an adult and gives some valuable takeaways from his experiences. Wade also opens up about having PTSD from losing his mother at 20 years old and how MDMA has helped soften those edges around those wounds.

About Wade Carroll: Wade is UI/UX Designer with 14+ years of marketing, advertising and graphic/digital design experience. Also a musician and singer with 20 year of classically trained piano who can be found writing some tunes here and there. Episode 3

In this episode, Kat speaks with her guest — actress and model, Nicole Dambro — about the powerful, healing effects Nicole has experienced from breathwork. So healing in fact, Nicole describes her first breathwork experience to feel almost like an exorcism as she purged out years of stored emotion and grief.
