On this week’s episode, I’m with visionary artist Wrenna Monet and wow does she have a story. Wrenna was in a near-fatal commercial boating accident in 2010 that left her with a blood clot in the brain, a traumatic brain injury, chronic fibromyalgia, and a near complete loss of identity. However it was this accident that sparked her artistic passion and is now the motivating force in her life.

During this ep, we talk about her road to recovery, how psychedelics have played a huge role in her healing, and her artistic process when creating visionary art.

I did a 5 gram heroic mushroom trip by myself in total darkness. I was searching for answers. Needing help. Needing direction. Needing a breakthrough.

Today’s 25th episode is about that experience. But it’s so much more than that. This is a story about faith. About trust. About a deep willingness to surrender to the unknown and stand in one’s truth.

This is also my “allow me to reintroduce myself” moment. It’s the truest expression of who I am today, who I was in the past, and what lies ahead. I admit — it’s a bit of an unusual solo episode but this what came through.

Working in outreach for psychedelic advocacy group Decriminalize California (DecrimCA), Claire is helping to lead the pack in gathering volunteers to help push forward the initiative to decriminalize psilocybin in the state of California. 🍄

I absolutely loved speaking with documentary filmmaker Kumiko Hayashi and indigenous filmmaker, Jimmy Piaguaje. For the last five years, Kumiko has been living with indigenous tribes in the Amazon creating a new documentary film called The Roots Awaken.

We talk about the indigenous prophecy of the Fifth World, we talk about shamanism, we discuss plant medicine, and we cover how westerners can help the indigenous. It’s such a good ep!

Calling all MMA fans! I had such a good time speaking with retired MMA champion & UFC Fighter Ian McCall about his incredible healing journey using psychedelics and other mindfulness practices to help aid in his recovery from PTSD and addiction to painkillers. Ian is now a psychedelic integration coach (@themccallmethod), a psilocybin advocate, a stand-up comedian and podcast host. He just launched a new adult puppet show all about weed & psychedelics called The Puffets. Ian also made an appearance the HBO’s Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel: “Psychedelic In Sports”. (If you haven’t seen it, that’s also a must!)

I’m with the stunning Raven Marie for this week’s episode and wow does she have an incredible story to tell. It’s a journey about true faith and how she was ultimately led to working with the sacred plant medicine, Iboga. ✨

Raven is a reiki master and an Iboga facilitator at Awaken Your Soul retreat center in Costa Rica. She has helped facilitate ceremonies for over 150 people and works with them after on their integration. This is an incredible episode if you want to hear a story about trust, faith, empowerment, and of course all the details about Iboga plant medicine — who it’s for, how to prepare, and what to “expect” knowing tip #1 is throw all expectations out the window!
